How to Distribute Single Song with Caller Tune?

In this tutorial, we are going to distribute a single song through The Black Turn Dashboard. Let’s distribute a single song in 4 easy steps:

  • Step 1: Register/Login to The Black Turn Website.
  • Step 2: Uploading your  Song Details.
  • Step 3: Pay for your plan.
  • Step 4: Upload NOC Form.

Now let’s go through these steps one by one.

Step 1: Register/Login to The Black Turn Website.

a. Click here to Register. If you are already registered Click here to login. After successful login, you will be successfully redirected to your Dashboard. Your dashboard URL is www.cms.theblackturn.com

Step 2: Uploading your song Details

Now as one is successfully logged in. One can easily upload songs through the Dashboard provided by The Black Turn. Simply, Click on Upload your New Song Button.

  • Uploading your Song Artwork.

    • Things one can do in artwork

    1. The artwork must have a song or album name.
    2. Your artwork must be a size of 3000×3000 px.
    3. One can also add song cast names such as Composer, Lyricist, etc.(Optional). 
    4. One can also add a label name or label logo (Optional).

    Things to avoid in the artwork

    1. Artwork must not contain any other brand logo such as YouTube, Google, Gaana, Facebook.
    2. Artwork should not be blurred or of low-quality.
    3. Must not include product release date, search terms, and keywords.
    4. Artwork Must not contain advertising (phone numbers and URLs)
  • Uploading your Audio File (.mp3 or .wav).

    • Things to avoid in the audio:

    1. You or Your Label must have all the Rights for the Song Audio.
    2. Your Song shouldn’t be a cover song.
    3. Your Audio Music mustn’t reflect any other brand’s music or lyrics.
  • Filling common details like First Name, Company Name, Label name, Address, etc.
  • Enter Song Credits Details like Singer/Artist, Composer, Lyricists, Language, Genre, etc.
  • Submitting Caller Tunes Details:
    1. Caller Tune Name: Caller Tune Name should be the first three words of lyrics of a caller tune.
    2. Caller Tune Timing:  Enter the start timing of the Caller Tune.
  • Enter the Song Release Date. It should of Present or Future. The Date can’t be a past date.

Before processing the next steps, Double Check your Entered Details. Now we are going to place our order.

Step 3: Placing your Song Order.

  • Select your preferred Payment Option. We recommend you to use Paytm. (QR Code, Pay Via Debit/Card/NetBanking).
  • Click on Place Order Button to Distribute your Song and Caller Tune WorldWide.

Step 4: Uploading Your NOC

NOC Forms clarifies that you have all the rights to the songs. And the song uploaded by me is original(not a Cover Song).

  1. Downloading NOC Form

    2. Click here to Download NOC Form. or One Can Click the  Download NOC Button in the Dashboard.

  2. Adding Details in the NOC Form.

    3. After Downloading NOC, We need to update our personal and bank details in the NOC.

  3. Attaching ID Proof with NOC

    4. After this, we need to add Adhard Card as per ID Proof with NOC.

Now, one successfully upload the NOC from the Dashboard. Or can mail to theblackturn@gmail.com.
