Why do we need or ask for NOC?

NOC stands for Non-Objection Certificate. This NOC Form clarifies the Song Rights & Authority and the following things:

  1. You have all the Rights Related to your Songs
  2. The song given by you is not a cover song. The song is a fully original song.
  3. You are giving authority to The Black Turn to distribute the Songs to Various Platforms.
  4. And some other important Company Normes and Regulations.

Required Details for the NOC Form?

Let’s have a look at some important details one must have to fill in the NOC:

  1. Name of Client
  2. Contact Number and Email
  3. Aadhar & Pan Number
  4. Reference
  5. YouTube Channel Name & URL
  6. Label
  7. Account Holder’s Name, Bank Account Number, Bank Name, IFSC Code, Swift Code(for international payments)

What documents are needed for NOC?

For the NOC, Aadhar Card(mandatory) and Pan Card(optional) are needed.

How to Fill NOC Details?

Visit The Black Turn Dashboard to Download NOC Form or Click here to download. After downloading, you can fill it in two ways:

  • Option 1: Print and Fill the NOC Form
    1. Takeout a print of NOC.
    2. Fill all the Required Personal & Bank Details.
    3. Sign the NOC and Click Clear Photos of your NOC.
    4. Upload it from your Dashboard. Optionally, you can mail to theblackturn@gmail.com or contact@theblackturn.com
  • Option 2: Entering Details using System Apps
    1. Edit the Download NOC Form in MS Word or any other Document Editor.
    2. Fill all the Required Personal & Bank Details.
    3. Save File and Upload the NOC. Click here to Upload.
