Refunds (if applicable)

- Quality Check Failure:
- If your uploaded song does not pass our Quality Check (QC) test, you will be notified, and the amount will be refunded within 7-8 days.
- Refund Request:
- A refund can be requested via email at contact@theblackturn.com until your song status is marked as Processed, QC Pending, or QC Approved. Once the song status changes to Completed, a refund cannot be offered.
- Live Platform Guarantee:
- If your song is not live on any platform within 15 days of upload, a full refund will be issued.
- Takedown by Us:
- If we take down your song from our end, you will be eligible for a refund.
- Defects:
- Refunds are also offered in cases of defects, but there are no refunds on subscriptions that have concluded.
- Quality Check Failure:
No Refund Scenarios
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- Forced takedown by the uploader.
- Takedown by a third party due to infringement of rights.
- Misbehavior or use of inappropriate language.
- After 1 month of all subscriptions.
- If this is a cover song uploaded without appropriate rights.
- Unauthorized uploads or uploads of cover songs without having the necessary rights.
- Content non-compliance with Atlantis CRBT guidelines, including content with brand names, pranks, school names, political messages, advertisements, corporate songs/tones, National Anthem, current affairs, Delhi Farmers’ Protest, objectionable words, or IVRS content.
