Refunds (if applicable)

    1. Quality Check Failure:
      • If your uploaded song does not pass our Quality Check (QC) test, you will be notified, and the amount will be refunded within 7-8 days.
    2. Refund Request:
      • A refund can be requested via email at contact@theblackturn.com until your song status is marked as Processed, QC Pending, or QC Approved. Once the song status changes to Completed, a refund cannot be offered.
    3. Live Platform Guarantee:
      • If your song is not live on any platform within 15 days of upload, a full refund will be issued.
    4. Takedown by Us:
      • If we take down your song from our end, you will be eligible for a refund.
    5. Defects:
      • Refunds are also offered in cases of defects, but there are no refunds on subscriptions that have concluded.
